Women's Club Soccer
Who we are:
The women’s club soccer team is comprised of competitive student-athletes who represent UCSB at the national collegiate club level. UCSB’s renowned sport clubs program includes 23 teams and over 950 students. We take pride in representing this fantastic department that has allowed us to grow and flourish over all these years. We play out of pure love for and dedication to the game, which is why we look forward to traveling together and competing every year. Some of the places our team has traveled in the past for NIRSA Nationals include Alabama, Tennessee, and Arizona.
What we do:
UCSB Women’s Club Soccer has a tradition of excellence. Our main season is during Fall Quarter and we begin as soon as the quarter begins. The season is compromised of league games, regionals, and nationals. With Coach Todd Heil at the helm for 15 years, this team has won 6 NIRSA National titles. Although we love to represent our school at the national level, it does come at a cost that is only partially funded by allocations from the school. The rest of the costs, such a hotels, practice gear, transportation, and tournament entry fees fall on us as a team to cover. Any donation will help our team travel with the full roster and make our school, families, and communities proud.
We are so thankful for everyone that makes this program what it is, and could not continue our success without your help, love, and support!
